Credit creation refers to the process by which commercial bank are able to increase supply of money more time of this intial deposit

Mimansha Rawat 7 years, 11 months ago

The process through which banks are able to create credit which is in far excess of initial deposits

Yas S 7 years, 11 months ago

Assume initial deposit is 1000,and cash reserves be 10%.Banks are required to keep 10%of deposit i.e100and then bank will lend the amount of 900. Bank never transfer the amount in CASH rather they open an account of the borrower and then deposit. Lat say borrowers withraw entire amount of 900 for making payment through check and increases the demand deposit of 900. Now the new deposit is 900,bank will again lend the 810 by holding 10%of cash reserves i.e 90 such process will keep on going until total cash reserves r equal to initial deposit i.e 1000.

The oligopoly firms are interdepent . It means the actions of one firm has a significant impact on rival firms while considering price and output level. Consequent to this, it is difficult to draw a determinate demand curve for oligopoly firms.

Geet Bathla 7 years, 11 months ago

As their are very less firms in oligopoly if any firm exit then their can be drastic increase in demand of others which will occur shortage and vice versa

There is negative relationship between the inferior goods and the income of the buyer. When tha income of consumer increases the demand for inferior goods are decreases and when the income of the comsumer are decreases the demand for inferior goods increases.

Simran Chhattani 7 years, 11 months ago

Inferior goods refer to those goods whose demand decreases with an increase in income. So there exists an inverse relationship between income nd demand for inferior goods. So, income effect is negative in case of inferior goods.

Saiyam Jain 7 years, 11 months ago

As income will increase the demand for inferior good decrease They are negatively related to each other.

The answer of this question maybe the derivation of law of demand from utility approach

Karishma Kandoi 7 years, 11 months ago

as law of diminishing mariginal utility states that as more and more units of a quantity are consumed mariginal utility from every unit goes on diminishing . hence for every additional unit consumer is ready to pay less and less amount of price

Mikun Mk 7 years, 11 months ago

Anyways nice question.
