Because if higher curve cuts out the lower curve ,then at that point both curves will give same level of satisfaction from set of two goods which is impossible.

Accha is more consistent because it is not directly affected by law of VARIBLE proportion on the other hand MC affected by law of VARIBLE proportion due to which it is narrow U shape curve where AC curve is Wide U shaped curve

Ceteris peribus does not state the inverse relatinship between price and quantity demanded, It only indicates that other things remaining constant ( like prices of related goods, income of the consumer, etc)

There is no shift in ppc because ppc is drawn on the assumption of resources are fully and effectively employed. In this case the econommay lie under the ppc curve.
