The goods which have have not crossed the production boundary and are still in the process of reselling to earn profit is called intermediate good. The goods which have crossed the production boundary and have been bought by household sector i.e. will not be resold are called final goods. Eg of car- We treat car as an intermediate good or not depends upon the buyer i.e. if the car is bought for lending service to earn profit then it will be intermediate good But if the car is bought by a person just for personal use then it is a final good because there is no profit motive

A leakage means withdrawl of a part of income (money) from circular flow of income.
For instance, savings and taxes by households and firms as well as import payments are forms of leakage. Injections are addition of money to the circular flow of income, e.g., investments, government expenditure, export payments.
