Step1: oogonia form primary oocyte (by mitosis ) Step2: primary oocyte divide to form secondary oocyte and one polar body at puberty (by 1st meiotic division) Step3: secondary oocyte form new membrane zona pellucida and when this layer rupture ovum is released ( ovulation) Step4: if ovum is fertilised then 2nd meiotic division takes place ( meiosis 1 happened already in step2) if not fertilised then endometrium shed off.

If male is homogenetic that means male is having both his *** chromosomes same and then male won't be responsible for *** determination of the baby as in case of birds. And if female is homogenetic that means the female is having both her allosomes same and there female won't be responsible for *** determination of the baby as in the case of humans.
