Hey, don't be confused. Both current&traditional approach are valid in CBSE.. If PD given in adjustment i. e outside the b/s then ignore current year amount completely just add and minus previous year amount. And if PD is given in b/s and add current year amount and minus previous year amount....

That amount which is paid as dividend within 7-8 days after commencement of it... Previous year ka liability h. That is we have to pay this year and current year is contingent liability.
