Quick ratio = quick asset/current liability = 600000/200000 = 3:1 Quick assets = current assets - inventory - prepaid expense = 1000000- 400000- 0 = 600000

Quick ratio = current assets - inventory/current liab. Therefore, 600000/200000 =3:1 Since ideal ratio should be 1:1 but firm has better liquidity position than required

Combined capital = A+ B =54000+ 36000 =90000 Combined share = 1 - 1/3 =2/3 X- 2/3 = 90000 X = 90000× 3/2 = 135000 C's share = 135000 × 1/3 = 45000
