    प्राकृतिक पादप उत्पाद और आहार कभी हानिकारक नहीं होते। “पादप उत्पाद या आयुर्वेदिक दवाओं के साइड इफैक्ट नहीं होते” ये बात आपने प्रायः सुना होगा। पर यह सही नहीं है। कई प्रकार के पौधों में जहरीले अथवा नशीले प्रभाव होते हैं।

Objectives                                                                      The objectives of any MYP subject and of the personal project state the specific targets set for learning in the subject. They define what the learner will be able to do, or do better, as a result of studying the subject. The objectives of MYP physical education are split into five sub-groups that correlate with the final assessment criteria.   A. Knowledge and Understanding At the end of the course students should be able to: demonstrate an understanding of the principles and concepts related to a variety of physical activities understand the importance of physical activity to a healthy lifestyle recall and understand the various components that contribute to health-related fitness. B. Movement Composition At the end of the course students should be able to compose and communicate meaning and ideas through movement. C. Performance and Application At the end of the course students should be able to: display acquired motor skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities apply tactics, strategies and rules in both individual and group situations use movement concepts appropriately in relation to themselves, others and their physical environment apply health and fitness principles effectively through a variety of physical activities. D. Social Skills At the end of the course students should be able to: work cooperatively respect themselves and their social and physical environment support and encourage others (towards a positive working environment) develop attitudes and strategies that enhance their relationship with others show sensitivity to their own and different cultures. E. Personal Engagement At the end of the course students should be able to: show initiative, creativity and a willingness to improve themselves take responsibility for their own learning process and demonstrate engagement with the activity, showing enthusiasm and commitment show self-motivation, organization and responsible behaviour recognize, analyse and evaluate the effects of a variety of physical activities on themselves and others reflect upon and evaluate their own performance in order to set goals for future development.

    मोटापा वो स्थिति होती है, जब अत्यधिक शारीरिक वसा शरीर पर इस सीमा तक एकत्रित हो जाती है कि वो स्वास्थ्य पर हानिकारक प्रभाव डालने लगती है। यह आयु संभावना को भी घटा सकता है।  अर्धचन्द्रासन कैसे करे सीधे खड़े हो जाएं, एड़ियां मिलीं हुईं, पंजों में थोड़ा सा फासला रखें। दोनों भुजाओं को ऊपर की ओर खींचते हुए हाथ जोड़कर नमस्कार की स्थिति में आ जाएं। अब अपने हाथों को ऊपर की ओर पूरा खिंचाव देते हुए, श्वास भरकर, पहले बायीं ओर जितना अधिक मोड़ सकते हैं, मोड़ें। श्वास छोड़ते हुए वापस आएं और फिर इसी प्रकार दायीं, पीछे की ओर करें। ध्यान रखें, आगे की ओर नहीं झुकना है। ध्यान मणिपूर-चक्र पर केंद्रित करें

    प्रतियोगिता के समाप्त होने पर विभिन्न समितियों के कार्य इस प्रकार हैं:

    1. प्रचार समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद प्रचार पर होने वाले खर्चे की जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना। यह मीडिया को रिर्पोट भेजता है।
    2. क्रय समिति: उपकरणों और वस्तुओं के खर्च की जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
    3. वित्तीय समिति: प्रतियोगिता में कुल आय व्यय का लेखा जोखा तैयार करना तथा बजट से समीक्षा करना।
    4. परिवहन समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध करायें।
    5. भोजन तथा आवास समिति: आवास स्थल पर अगर कोई नुकसान हुआ है तो उसे ठीक कराना और सभी जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
    6. अधिकारियों के लिये समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद सभी अधिकारियों को उनका मानदेय और धन्यवाद पत्र देना।
    7. खेल मैदान व उपकरण समिति: प्रतियोगिता के बाद यह समिति प्रयोग में लाए गये। सभी उपकरण प्रबन्धन समिति को उपलब्ध कराएगी तथा मैदान पर अगर कोई नुकसान हुआ है तो उसे सही कराने की जिम्मेदारी भी इसी समिति की होती है।
    8. प्रतियोगिता कार्यक्रम समिति: सभी टीमों को प्रमाण-पत्र देना, सारे रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना प्रतियोगिता में आयी हुई सभी टीमों से सम्बन्धित जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना समिति का कार्य होता है।
    9. प्राथमिक चिकित्सा समिति: प्राथमिक चिकित्सा से सम्बन्धित सभी समान तथा जानकारी आयोजन समिति को देना।
    10. पुरस्कार वितरण समिति: सजावट तथा समारोह समिति के साथ मिलकर सभी जानकारी और समान आयोजन समिति को देना।
    11. आयोजन प्रबंधन समिति: सभी समितियों से रिर्पोट लेकर उस पर विचार-विर्मश करना तथा सभी जानकारी और रिर्पोट तथा रिकॉर्ड प्रशासनिक निर्देशक को उपलब्ध कराना इस समिति का प्रमुख कार्य होता है।

    Knock-out Tournament
    Most of the tournaments are organised on the basis of knock-out. In this type of tournament, a team which is once defeated, automatically gets eliminated from the tournament. Only the winning teams continue in the tournament. It means that second opportunity is not given to the defeated team. Opportunities are given to the winning teams or players. For example, if four teams participate in knock-out tournament, the winning team is declared in the following way.
    In the 1st round, team A and B as well as team C and D play their matches. If team B and team D become the winners of 1st round, these teams, i.e., B and D get opportunity to play in the 2nd round and team A and team C will be eliminated from the tournament. Finally, the winner of match between team C and team D becomes the winner of the tournament.
