If the 'pain' stands for pen.,the answer is that __ On earth there is atmospheric pressure which do not allow the ink to flow. But in space their is no atmosphere so obviously no atmospheric pressure so their is no force to restrict it to flow out. P = Pa + hdg In space, No Pa & no g , that's why no P. I suggest you should solve these simple problems on your own.
