Hydrogen have more ionisation enthalpy than Sodium because the size of Hydrogen is comparitively small than Sodium so there needs greater ionisation enthalpy for the break down of Hydrogen atom than Sodium atom.

IE means min amt of energy required to remove an e- from isolated gaseous atom. For eg Na if we remove an e- from it. It will have 10 e-s . 1s2 2s2 2p6 which is an stable e- configuration so we will require large amt of energy to remove 2nd e- and so on. Therefore IE3 >IE2> IE1. I think u got it.
