calculate the volume of 34g of NH³ at stp
thanks
.

Prabhat Emmanuel 7 years, 5 months ago

Given mass of NH3 =34g Molar mass of NH3 = 11*2 +3*1=25g No of mole = given mass of NH3/molar mass of NH3 =34/25=1.36mol Let the volume of NH 3=x No of mole =given volume/22.4L 1.36=x/22.4 X=1.36*22.4=30.464L I hope it helps u.

We start the 5th period with 4s orbital. We can add 2 electrons in 4s. Then we fill 6 electrons in 4p orbital. Further we start filling the 4d orbital which can take 10 electrons. So in the 4th principal quantum energy stater, we can fill 18 electrons. Thus 5th period has 18 elements.

The ionization energy (Ei) is qualitatively defined as the amount of energy required to remove the most loosely bound electron, the valence electron, of an isolated gaseous atom to form a cation. It is quantitatively expressed in symbols as X + energy → X+ + e−

Mnot Guest✅ 7 years, 5 months ago
