The fact that there is a lot of stress , pressure ,whether you are a child or an adult. now a days we never now how the time has passed off. We are so busy at our work that it is hard to understand how the days are ending up. day by day we see people are sitting near a computer / smart phone or other electronic gadgets for there work, even if he/she is an adult or a school student . We give a very little time for our sleep or we can just say rest. a person needs rest to maintain his/her health .more work leads a person to feel as if he or she is going through stress and makes them feel that they are under a great pressure. due to stress and pressure people becomes ill/sick. to keep our self healthy rest is most required.
