Ek unkain pt valain pritam sir aur durse unkain principle sir .. paath main p.t sir hi strict aur bhay peda kr rhe hain .. second prerna so u need to understand this first prerna hamain kisi bhi teacher se mil sakti hain chahain vo bhay paida kre ya nahi ... So prerna ko tum generalise nahi kr skte

१. कठोर स्वभाव- पी.टी. सर कठोर स्वभाव के व्यक्ति थे। बच्चों को सजा देते हुए वह भूल जाते थे कि बच्चे कोमल होते हैं। उनकी आह का उन पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता था। यह उनकी कठोरता का प्रमाण है।

२. अनुशासन प्रिय व्यक्ति- पी.टी. सर अनुशासन प्रिय व्यक्ति थे। अनुशासन बनाए रखने के लिए बच्चों के साथ कठोरता की हद पार कर जाते थे। उनके अनुसार अनुशासन के माध्यम से ही बच्चों को सुधारा जा सकता था।

३. ह्दय हीन व्यक्ति- उनके अंदर ह्दय ही नहीं था। बच्चों के साथ अमानवीय व्यवहार करते थे। जो व्यक्ति बच्चों को जानवरों से भी बुरा मारता हो, उसके अंदर मानवीय भावनाओं का होना असंभव लगता है।

४. कुशल प्रशिक्षक- पी.टी. सर कितने कठोर या ह्दयहीन व्यक्ति क्यों न हो। परन्तु कुशल प्रशिक्षक थे। उनसे प्रशिक्षण लेते समय बच्चे अच्छी परेड करते थे। इसमें उनकी कोई बराबरी नहीं कर सकती था। यहाँ तक उस समय बच्चे भी प्रसन्न रहा करते थे।
