Antibiotics are effective for stopping the reproduction process of bacteria and do not have any effect on viruses. These are also not to be used for preparing for potential future ☺️ infection,but rather for when ther is a currant bacterial infections.

Endoplasmic reticulum, a continuous membrane system in eukaryotic cells that plays an important role in the biosynthesis, processing, and transport of proteins and lipids.

Arya 815X 5 years ago

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER), in biology, a continuous membrane system that forms a series of flattened sacs within the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells and serves multiple functions, being important particularly in the synthesis, folding, modification, and transport of proteins . All eukaryotic cells contain an endoplasmic reticulum (ER). In animal cells, the ER usually constitutes more than half of the membranous content of the cell. Differences in certain physical and functional characteristics distinguish the two types of ER, known as rough ER and smooth ER.

When cells have capacity to divide at certain place,which is responsible for the growth of plant is called MERISTEMATIC TISSUES. When cells lost their dividing capacity then it is called a PERMANENT TISSUES.

Hisham Ichoo 5 years ago

Meristematic tissue -three types-apical Meristematic, lateral Meristematic,intercalary Meristematic. Responsible for growth.Present at locations where plants grow like roots, stems. Cells can divide to form new cells. Permanent tissues -two types-simple and complex permanent tissues. Made up of those cells which have lost their capability to divide. They have definite shape, size, thickness.They may be dead or living.
Meristematic tissues in plants consist of a mass of undifferentiated cells whose main function is to participate in plant growth. Permanent tissues, on the other hand, are differentiated tissues, carrying out dedicated functions.

Inadequate to explain the stability of the atom Failed to explain the arrangement of electrons

Geetha Sri 5 years ago

This atomic model failed to explain stability of atoms. According to the model, electrons revolve around the positively charged nucleus. It's not possible for a long run as we know atoms are stable while any particle in a circular orbit would undergo acceleration.

Aditya Kandpal 5 years ago

The drawback of Rutherford model of an atom is that it does not explain the stability of an atom. According to Rutherford model of an atom electron move around nucleus in circular orbit and while moving electron would radiate energy and undergo acceleration and then merge with the nucleus. Hence the electron is not stable in this case

t=5min (5×60)sec =300sec, speed=3×10^8m/s distance =? Distance=speed × time Distance= 3×10^8×300 3×10^8×3×10^2 9×10^8+2 9×10^10m

Charugoyal 10A 5 years ago

Time =5 min (convert it into sec)=5×60=300 sec. Then speed = d/t then d = s × t....therefore 3×10^8m/s× 300 sec= 9× 10^8 m ans

Priya Kumari 5 years ago

Time- 5min [ 5×60=300sec] Speed- 3×10⁸m/s We have to find tha distance of spaceship from the ground that will be the Distance. Speed=Distance/time Distance=speed×time = 3×10⁸ ×300 =9×10¹⁰ m.

Isotope has same atomic number but different mass number eg: types of hydrogen isobar has same mass number but different atomic number

Janhvi Dwivedi 5 years ago

Isotopes are variants of a particular chemical element which differ in neutron number, and consequently in nucleon number. All isotopes of a given element have the same number of protons but different numbers of neutrons in each atom. Isobars are atoms of different chemical elements that have the same number of nucleons. Correspondingly, isobars differ in atomic number but have the same mass number. An example of a series of isobars would be ⁴⁰S, ⁴⁰Cl, ⁴⁰Ar, ⁴⁰K, and ⁴⁰Ca.

Maanya Gupta 5 years ago
