The cell having nuclear material without a nuclear membrane around it, are called prokaryotic cells. The organism made of prokaryotic cells are called prokaryotes.
1) The nucleus of prokaryotic cell is not well organised.
2) There is no nuclear membrane around the nuclear material in the prokaryotic cells.
3) The nuclear material is in direct contact with the cytoplasm.
4) All the prokaryotes are simple, unicellular organism.

Archimedes’ Principle states that when an object is immersed fully or partially in a liquid, it experiences an upward force which is equal to the weight of liquid displaced by the object. When the weight of displaced liquid by an object is greater than the weight of object, the object will float in liquid and when the weight of liquid will be smaller than that of the weight of the object, the object will sink in liquid.

Dental formula is the arrangement of different types of teeth in an oral cavity. Four types of teeth in a human jaw are Incisors, Canines, Premolars and Molars.
Dental formula of a human child is 212/212
Incisors emerge when the baby is 6 months old. Canines grow when the baby is 20 months old. First molars emerge out between the age of 13 to 19 months. Second molars emerge out at the age of 24 months. Premolars are not at all the baby teeth. They are said to be permanent teeth.
Human infant is the child whose age is below 12 months. So infants have only incisors in both the jaws.

The three main characteristics used for a hierarchical classification are:
(i) Complexity of cell structure, i.e., type of cell—prokaryotic or eukaryotic. As a eukaryotic cell has membrane-bound organdIes including a nucleus, the cellular processes can be carried out efficiently in isolation from cells. On the other hand, the organisms without a clearly demarcated nucleus and other organelles need to have very different biochemical pathways. This would naturally have a great effect on every aspect of cell design. Moreover, the nucleated cells would have the capacity to participate in making a multicellular organism as they are capable of taking up specialised functions.
(ii) Body organisation, i.e., whether the organism is unicellular or multicellular. In a eukaryotic multicellular organism, cells that group together to form a single organism use the principle of division of labour. In this type of body design, all cells would not be identical. Rather, groups of cells will carry out specialised functions. Thus, this makes a very basic distinction in the body designs of organisms. As a result, an amoeba will be very different in its body design from a fish.
(iii) Mode of nutrition: ant otrophic or heterotrophic. Plants make their own food while animals depend on plants or other animals for their food. For this they will definitely have different body design.
