According to this theorem the net work done on a body is equal to change in kinetic energy of the body. This is known as Work Energy Theorem. It can be represented as
Kf – Ki = W
Where, Kf = Final kinetic energy
Ki = Initial kinetic energy
W = net work done

Binary fission is a type of asexual reproduction and the most common form of reproduction in prokaryotes and some single-celled eukaryotes. It is a method of separating a body into two new bodies. In this, an organism duplicates its genetic material and divides into two parts where every new organism receives one copy of DNA.

Biotic factors or components are mainly referred to all the living things in the ecosystem. Their presence or their materials affect the composition of an ecosystem. These materials include organisms, interactions, parts, wastes and also their presence. Factors like disease, predation, and parasitism can also be considered as biotic.

Rhizobium (plural: Rhizobia) is the nitrogen fixing bacteria present mainly in the soil. The Rhizobia chemically convert the nitrogen from the air to make it available for the plant.These bacteria live in symbiotic relationship with leguminous plants. The Rhizobia live in nodules in the roots of the plant. These bacteria convert atmospheric nitrogen to nitrates and nitrites which can be used by the plants directly. Nitrogen fertilizers are not required.

The three main characteristics used for a hierarchical classification are:
- Complexity of cell structure, i.e., type of cell—prokaryotic or eukaryotic. As a eukaryotic cell has membrane-bound organelles including a nucleus, the cellular processes can be carried out efficiently in isolation from other cells. On the other hand, the organisms without a clearly demarcated nucleus and other organelles need to have very different biochemical pathways. This would naturally have a great effect on every aspect of cell design. Moreover, the nucleated cells would have the capacity to participate in making a multicellular organism as they are capable of taking up specialised functions.
- Body organisation, i.e., whether the organism is unicellular or multicellular. In a eukaryotic multicellular organism, cells that group together to form a single organism use the principle of division of labour. In this type of body design, all cells would not be identical. Rather, groups of cells will carry out specialised functions. Thus, this makes a very basic distinction in the body designs of organisms. As a result, an amoeba will be very different in its body design from a fish.
- Mode of nutrition: autotrophic or heterotrophic. Plants make their own food while animals depend on plants or other animals for their food. For this they will definitely have different body design.

| It is made up of cells having very thin cell wall. | cells of collenchyma has unevenly thickened cell wall. | They are made up of cells having thick cell wall. |
| The cells are loosely packed. | Cells have little space between cells. | No intercellular spaces present between them, cells are tightly packed. |
| The cell wall is made up of cellulose. | The cell wall is made up of hemicelluloses and pectin. | The cell wall is made up lignin. |
| It is found in abundant. Most of the plant tissues are made up of parenchyma cells. | Collenchymas cells make up the epidermal layers. | The outer woody stem portion of large trees is made up of sclerenchyma cells. |
| It constitutes living cells. | It also constitutes living cells. | Matured cells are dead. |
