Atomic no. Is so simple to learn it increases one by one for example atomic no. Of hydrogen is 1 and atomic no. Of Helium is 2 and atomic no. Of lithium is 3 and so on... Mass is just double of atomic no. Mostly but some has different.... So u can learn this from periodic table
