2. Their body is often composed of thread-like structures called hyphae. A web of hyphae is called mycelium.
3. The fungal cell wall is made up of chitin. The cells consist of a mass of cytoplasm embedded with numerous nuclei. The name for this condition is coenocytic and the organism is coenocyte.

We know that the ratio of volumes of two spheres is the ratio of cubes of their radii.
Radius of Earth = R
Radius of Jupiter = 11R
It is clear that the Jupiter will accommodate 1331 earths.

Let, the radius of Earth be R units
So, Volume of Earth = cubic units
Given, radius of Jupiter is 11 times the radius of Earth.
So, radius of Jupiter = 11 R units
Volume og Jupiter = =
cubic units
Now, the ratio of the volume of Jupiter and Earth is = =
So, 1331 Earths can be accommodated in one Jupiter.

The cells are called as structural and functional units of a living body. Cells are structural unit as they form the structure of the organism. Cells combine to form tissues, which further combine to form organs, organs combine to form organic systems, which further combine to form organism. So, cell is the basic structural unit for all unicellular and multicellular organisms.
Some of the basic life processes or functions takes place in every cell to keep the organisms alive such as digestion, respiration, excretion, etc., whether it is a single-celled organism or multicellular organism. So, the cells are also called the functional unit of life owing to these processes.

Onion peel experiment is done its study the cell structure.
Glycerin is considered as a mounting agent while making a slide of onion peel.
It is a good hydrating agent.
It does not allow the specimen to dry out during the long duration of study.
It provides a wet medium for the stain so the cell structure can be easily studied.
It expels bubbles which may come during the mounting of the slide.

Consider a body of mass "m" starts moving from rest. After a time interval "t" its velocity becomes V.
If initial velocity of the body is Vi = 0 ,final velocity Vf = V and the displacement of body is "d". ThenFirst of all we will find the acceleration of body.Using equation of motion2aS = Vf2 – Vi2
Putting the above mentioned values
2ad = V2 – 0
a = V2/2dNow force is given by
F = ma
Putting the value of acceleration
F = m(V2/2d)
As we know that
Work done = FdPutting the value of F
Work done = (mv2/2d)(d)
Work done = mV2/2
OR
Work done = ½ mV2Since the work done is motion is called "Kinetic Energy"
i.e.
K.E. = Work done
OR
K.E. =1/2mV2.
