let initial velocity = u & accleration is a then
distance travelled in 4 sec = S6
using , s=ut + at2/2
S6 = 4u + a36/2
= 6u+18a
distance covered in 2 sec = S2 = 2u + 4a/2
=2u+2a = 200 (given)
u+a = 100 ........................1
now distance covered in 2 to 6 sec is given 220cm
S6-200 = 220
6u + 18a = 420
u+3a = 70 .................2
from 1& 2
a = -15 & u=115
velocity after 7 sec = V7
V7 = u + at
=115 - 15*7=10cm/sec

The information given about the element is 19×9. It means that 19 is the atomic mass whereas 9 is the atomic number of the element.
The element with atomic number 9 is fluorine. The number of sub-atomic particles present in Fluorine is as follows:
Number of Protons = Number of Electrons = Atomic number
∴ Atomic number of Fluorine = 9
Number of protons = 9
Number of Electrons = 9
Number of neuton = Mass number - Atomic number
∴ Mass number of Fluorine = 19, Atomic number =9
Number of neutron = 19 - 9 = 10
As fluorine has 9 electron, the electronic distribution is 2,7. There are seven valence electron present in the outermost shell.
As valence electron is above 4, therefore valency is 1 (Valency = 8-valence electron).
Conclusion:
Number of electrons = 9
Number of protons = 9
Number of Neutrons = 10
Valency of the element = 1

Melting Point: The temperature at which the solid changes into liquid at the atmospheric pressure is called melting point. For example, ice melts at 0°C to form water.
Boiling Point: The temperature at which the liquid boils and changes into gaseous state at the atmospheric pressure is called boiling point.
