Connective tissue is the binding and supporting tissue of the animal body. Matrix forms the main bulk of this tissue. The cells are loosely spaced and less in number. The matrix may be jelly like, fluid, dense or rigid. Blood is a fluid connective tissue. It is composed of plasma, platelets, red blood cells and white blood cells. It plays a significant role in the process of transportation of substances within the body.

One of the most well known effects of ultrasound is that as Ultrasound waves pass through a tissue they tend to heat it up. ... Although Ultrasound cannot be heard by humans, at high decibels it can still cause direct damage to human ears. Ultrasound in excess of 120 decibels may cause Hearing damage. Ultrasound is nothing but sound waves with frequencies higher than the upper audible limit of human hearing. Ultrasound is no different from 'normal' (audible) sound in its physical properties, except in that humans cannot hear it. ... Hence, Ultrasound which has a range of above 20 kHz (20,000 Hz) can't be heard.

Ultrasounds can be used to detect cracks and flaws in metal blocks. Ultrasonic waves are allowed to pass through the metal block and detectors are used to detect the transmitted waves. If there is even a small defect, the ultrasound gets reflected back indicating the presence of the flaw or defect. But, infrasound have low frequecy and they can't penetrate into the metal to detect the cracks.

Mass number = No. of protons + No. of neutrons So, Mass number of X = 6 + 6 = 12 Mass number of Y = 6 + 8 = 14 Thus, the mass number of X is 12 and that of Y is 14. Now , X contains 6 protons, therefore, the atomic number of X is 6. Y contains 6 protons, therefore, the atomic number of Y is also 6. Since X and Y have the same atomic number (of 6) but different mass numbers (of 12 and 14) , they are a pair of isotopes. Atomic number 6 is of carbon element. So, both X and Y represent carbon element.
