In old days schl the students was taught by human teachers. They clear out all the doubts of the children, they can explain one topic to all children's so the children can do their own works in notebook and also helps to other children, they conduct exams too bt in new days of school Margie hv a mechanical teacher, they only teach one student at one time, they conduct exams in computers and students can't help one another in homework. Anjali Mishra 7 years, 5 months ago

Its theme is...when certain events happen, past and long lasting memories floating back to our minds. Here, on a rainy night, the poet is listening to the sound made on the roof by the falling rain drops. This pitter-patter sound of the rain drops brings back lost memories of the poet about his mother and her affection towards him. To the poet the sound of the rain seems to create a perfect happiness

Kartik Aggarwal 7 years, 5 months ago

It is based on experience of rain. It highlights comfort that we find in company of nature. The poet also compare enjoyment of rain with that of mothers love
