Workbook - like a notebook ,workbook contains many blank sheets in which you can store the information .on launching excel , a workbook opens up ,named as book1 by defaulting
Worksheet - a worksheet is a grid of rows and columns . in excel a workbook contains by default .you can add as more as per the requirement.
