The basic difference between desktop and laptop computers is that laptops are designed for portability. “The end key” will move the cursor to the last character in the line. The cursor appears just after the last letter. Normally the user uses the end key either to select the whole text from the last, or to erase the last few letters or words of the line or to select the last word or last few words. The End key is a key found on a computer keyboard that moves the cursor to the end of the line, document, page, cell, or screen.
