Mobile phone was a very valuable resource but with the coming of smart phone it's value has decreased.Similarly paddle rickshaw was a good means of transport for covering small distances but with the coming of e-rickshaw it's utility and value both have decreased.Solar energy can be harnessed only in the places receiving direct Ray's of the sun but other places also receive sun rays but sun's energy cannot be converted into solar energy there .Hence utility and value of a resource vary from time to time and place to place.
