| Thomson vs Rutherford Model of Atom | |
| Thomson model of atom is the model which states that electrons are embedded in a positively charged solid material which is spherical in shape. | Rutherford model of atom is the model which explains that there is a nucleus in the center of the atom and electrons are located around the nucleus. |
| Nucleus | |
| Thomson model of atom does not give any detail about the nucleus. | Rutherford model of atom provides details about the nucleus of an atom and its location inside the atom. |
| Location of Electrons | |
| According to Thomson model of atom, electrons are embedded in a solid material. | Rutherford model says electrons are located around the nucleus. |
| Orbitals | |
| Thomson model of atom does not give details about orbitals. | Rutherford model of atom explains about orbitals and that electrons are located in these orbitals. |
| Mass | |
| Thomson model of atom explains that the mass of an atom is the mass of positively charged solid where electrons are embedded. | According to the Rutherford model of atom, the mass of an atom is concentrated in the nucleus of the atom. |

- Frequency is the number of repetitive occurrences per unit time whereas pitch is an intuitive concept associated with the frequency of a sound wave. These concepts are widely used in fields such as acoustics, music, waves and vibrations and various other fields.
- Frequency is a very well-defined quantity whereas pitch is not a well-defined quantity.
- Pitch is a property observed only in sound waves. Frequency is a property discussed in all forms of waves including electromagnetic waves and mechanical waves. Frequency is also discussed in oscillations and vibrations.

Antibiotics are medicines used to treat infections caused by bacteria. Antibiotics don't work against infections caused by viruses, such as colds and flu. So there's no point taking antibiotics to treat a cold or flu.Common cold is caused by a pathogen called as virus.
Virus is a non-living substance when present in the external environment. Virus becomes active when it enters the host cell. As it has only genetic material and a protein coat, it has to depend on host cell machinery for replication. In this way it overtakes the host cell apparatus. Anti viral drugs should target exactly the virus. But since viral particle lives inside the host and gets integrated into the host cell, application of antiviral therapy through drugs is very tough. Anti viral drugs may also kill the host cell also. This is the reason why it is antibiotics have no effect on common cold.
Antibiotics are not effective to common cold because common cold is caused by the virus and antibiotics are effective on bacterias. It stops the bacteria by dividing. It makes a layer on the cell wall of bacteria but virus don't have cell wall and they use human cell to divide.

We know that gravity is a force that attracts all physical objects towards each other "Weight" is a measure of that gravitational pull. the greater the mass of an object, the stronger the force of gravity. The Moon's mass is about 1.2% of the Earth's mass (1/80th), so the Moon's gravity is much less than the Earth's gravity: 83.3% (or 5/6) less to be exact. Other related facts: the Moon is 1/4 the size of the Earth by diameter, and 1/50 the size by volume.
The primary difference between the gravities of the Earth and the Moon is that the moon’s gravity is weaker due to the moon being smaller in size, whereas, the earth is bigger in size, and has more massive objects that exert more gravity Each and every person is falling towards the Earth at an accelerating rate of 9.8 meters/second². Gravity basically comes from mass. The amount of gravity reduces gradually with the reduction in distance. As a result, the force of gravity that one feels on the surface of Earth, is much different from what one would experience at the distance of the Moon, or at a distance further from it. The force of gravity of Earth also changes depending on where a person is standing on it. The primary reason of this is because the Earth is rotating. The gravity of Earth at the equator is 9.789 m/s2, while the force of gravity at the poles is 9.832 m/s2.
Gravity on the Moon is much less. The moon is smaller and has much less mass, it pulls with less gravity. Actually, if one could stand on the plane of the Moon, he would experience only 17% force of gravity that one would experience on Earth. With gravity on the moon so low, a person can even jump higher than he/she can on Earth. The acceleration due to gravity on the surface of the Moon is 1.62 m/s2, about 16.6% of that on the Earth's surface.

Aqua regia is a mixture of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and nitric acid (HNO3) at a ratio of either 3:1 or 4:1. It is a reddish-orange or yellowish-orange fuming liquid. The term is a Latin phrase, meaning "king's water". The name reflects the ability of aqua regia to dissolve the noble metals gold, platinum, and palladium. Note aqua regia will not dissolve all noble metals. For example, iridium and tantalum are not dissolved.
