Root nodules are extra lobes of certain plants such as peas and beans in which nitrogen-fixing bacteria are found. Leguminous plants are plants with root nodules. Bacteria in these root nodules convert the atmospheric nitrogen into nitrates which the plants can utilise. The plants use this nitrogen to synthesise proteins and other materials.

CPH4 represents a particular molecule (among thousands) that is produced by the pregnant mother’s body to aid in the development of the unborn baby. The fetus absorbs everything it needs from the mother via the placenta through the umbilical cord, which is supplied by the mother’s bloodstream. It is not something the mother “produces” in a certain location, like milk. It’s simply what the body does to grow the baby.

The first step of cultivation is preparation of soil. This is done by loosening and turning the soil. A plough is used for this purpose. If the soil becomes too hard then farmer may resort to watering the soil before ploughing.
Traditionally, animal-drawn ploughs have been used by farmers. Now-a-days, tractor-drawn ploughs are used for this purpose. A tractor helps in saving time and labour.
The soil may contain many big lumps even after ploughing. The lumps are broken with the help of a hoe. Sometimes the farmer may add manure before ploughing; in order to properly mix the manure with soil.

Protozoa are one-celled organisms that can cause diseases ranging in severity from mild to deadly. These organisms can be classified as parasitic or free-living.
Parasitic protozoa are found in organisms such as ticks, flies and mosquitoes. Example: Malaria. Malaria is carried by an infected mosquito.
Some protozoa help in the final degradation of waste and sewage while some are symbiotic in nature. Paramecium helps in killing harmful bacteria.
Protozoa play a key role in maintaining the balance of bacterial, algal, and other microbial life. They are also an important food source for larger creatures and the basis of many food chains.
