Nutrition is ‘the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth’.
Nutrients are ‘substances that are essential for the maintenance of life and for growth’.
So it could be said that nutrients provide us with nutrition or that nutrition provides us with nutrients.

The first law of motion states that until and unless there is an external force acts on a particular body the body remains at the state of motion or at rest. The law envisages the fats that unless we apply a force on some stationary body the body remain at rest and if a body is at motion we need to apply another opposing force to stop the body.
Sometimes we apply some extra force to change the motion of the body at motion and it speeds up. At times the body accelerates once we apply uniform force over a period of time and these helps the students understand the concept of motion and force better.

Pressure : Pressure is the force acting on a unit area on an object. Pressure = Force/Area on which it acts
Friction: When one surface is moving over another surface, a force comes into play and opposes their relative motion. This force is called friction or force of friction. Friction always opposes motion because it acts in opposite direction to motion. Force of friction arises due to contact between two surfaces. If there is no contact between two surfaces there would be no friction.
