It is not advised to store lemon pickle in aluminium container because these contains weak acid which must react with aluminium and make the poisoned and when this food is eaten then it can cause food poisoning

The grains have moisture because they are harvested by the field. If they are not dried and stored, some microbes like fungi can attack on them. So, a farmer stores the harvested grains by drying them.
