The organism which fix nitrogen gas in the soil is called as rhizobium

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 2 months ago

The process of conversion of atmospheric nitrogen into nitrogenous compounds and making it available for plants is called as nitrogen fixation. The organisms which fix nitrogen to plants are called as nitrogen fixers. The natural fibres require raw materials from plants and animals. So they lead to cutting trees and killing of animals. Synthetic fibres are made up of chemicals and these chemicals are not available in forests. So manufacturing synthetic fibres is actually helping conservation of forests.

Cultivators are used to stir and pulverize the soil, either before planting (to aerate the soil and prepare a smooth, loose seedbed) or after the crop has begun growing to kill weeds. Unlike a harrow, which disturbs the entire surface of the soil, cultivators are designed to disturb the soil in careful patterns, sparing the crop plants but disrupting the weeds.

Cultivators can be used instead of the hoe.  Food can be poisoned by microbes. Microbes produce toxic substances and thus, poison/ spoil the food. Consuming spoiled food can make us ill. Therefore it is very important to preserve food items so that microbes cannot grow & spoil them.

Microbes just don’t attack any food item, they need a suitable environment to grow & survive. Only then, they can release toxic substances and thus spoil the food. Some factors which promote growth of microbes are moisture, warm temperature etc.

In Phase III, the vaccine is given to thousands of people and tested for efficacy and safety. Many vaccines undergo Phase IV formal, ongoing studies after the vaccine is approved and licensed. So IV

Therefore, wheat crop should not be sown during this season.

DNA is important due to the following reasons:

1) DNA plays a crucial role in research, and also to carry out different tasks pertaining to fields such as forensic science, genealogy, agriculture, medicine, etc.

2) Through the assessment of DNA, the paternity of a child can be identified, which has a significant effect on the child's upbringing and his or her life.

3) DNA is essential for the life of the human cell.

4) DNA codes for all the cell proteins that make life possible. The cell transcribes DNA into RNA, which it then translates into proteins. These include the enzymes, hormones and structural proteins that each cell needs.

5) Required for reproduction.

6) Cell division is essential for an organism to grow, but, when a cell divides, it must replicate the DNA in its genome so that the two daughter cells have the same genetic information as their parent.
