Media attention might distract the 10 year old from living a normal life.
- Tilly Smith was not allowed to be interviewed by her parents and made her into a heroine because maybe they thought she was too young to be in the television.
- The headlines made by Tilly Smith on saving the lives of her family and others was phenomenal but at the same too much media attention might distract the 10 year old from living a normal life.

If you say that someone has a sixth sense, you mean that they seem to have a natural ability to know about things before other people, or to know things that other people do not know.

It was a sunny day. I was sitting under a huge banyan tree. I was reading a book of moral stories when I came across a story which changed the way I look at life. It goes like: There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.
The first day, the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.
The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry. The wound is still there."

Sir
Kindly publish the following few lines about the evil of dowry system in our society. The dowry system is a stigma on our society. It is an insult to women. It is a matter of shame for men. The greed for dowry has taken the lives of many innocent girls. They are tortured physically as well as mentally. Many a time they are burnt alive. Though we have a law which disallows the giving and taking 6f dowry, yet this evil is spreading day by day. We can’t end it merely by shouting slogans and holding demonstrations. A woman will have to become bold. They should have an education and should become economically self-dependent. They should refuse to marry dowry-seekers. Men should also try to wash off this unholy stigma. They should take a vow not to demand or accept any dowry at the time of their marriage. It is only by exercising a strong will-power that this evil can be ended.
Yours truly

Macavity is called the hidden paw because when you see him at the square and then search for him moments later you cannot find him. The poet calls Macavity the “hidden Paw”- because he is always hiding. The Scotland Yard police do not have his footprints and therefore they cannot catch him. Macavity is a mysterious ginger cat who is very tall and thin with sunken eyes. His brow is deeply lined with thought and he has a highly domed head. He has a dusty coat and his whiskers are uncombed due to negligence. He sways his head from side to side and makes snake-like movements.

Whenever anyone would ask him or say anything to him he only responded with the word, "hump". He liked sitting idle which is why he ate prickles, sticks and thorns.

Dear Rosy,
Hope this letter finds you in good health. I am so excited to inform you about my plan of watching a movie together. Let me give you some details of the movie so that you can also understand why I am so enthusiastic about it.
The name of the film is "The Return of the King" which is the third film of the epic fantasy adventure series directed by Peter Jackson. Besides the exciting story line, the most appealing fact of the movie is that many scenes have been captured in New Zealand and being kiwis, both of us will definitely enjoy the mesmerizing scenic beauty of our country. While viewing the trailer, I could even identify some of the places which are very near to our hometown.
I advise you not to worry about the tickets. As a member of MovieBuzz, I will get online tickets at discounted price. Let me know if the Friday 7 pm show at George Street, suits you. I am happy to pick you up from your office and drop you at your home after the show.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Your friend,
Rims
