Recycling is the process of turning waste and used items into new, useful materials or products. This not only gives the old items a new lease of life, it also reduces the amount of raw material used to make new things from scratch.

Insects have spiracles on their exoskeletons to allow air to enter the trachea. In insects, the tracheal tubes primarily deliver oxygen directly into the insects' tissues. The spiracles can be opened and closed in an efficient manner to reduce water loss.
The trachea ,windpipe, is a cartilaginous tube that connects the pharynx and larynx to the lungs, allowing the passage of air, and so is present in almost all air-breathing animals with lungs.

Blood is red because of the presence of hemoglobin inside our red blood cells. Hemoglobin is a protein that forms a complex with iron molecules and together they transport oxygen molecules throughout the body. Iron has the property of reflecting red light and because there is so much iron in our blood, blood looks red. When hemoglobin is carrying a lot of oxygen ( when just leaving the lungs), blood is bright red. When most of the oxygen has been released to the body, blood is dark red.

A cyclone is an atmospheric system of rapidly circulating air massed about a low-pressure center, usually accompanied by stormy often destructive weather. Storms that begin in the Southern Pacific are called cyclones. | A tornado is a rotating column of air ranging in width from a few yards to more than a mile and whirling at destructively high speeds, usually accompanied by a funnel-shaped downward extension of a cumulonimbus cloud. Winds 40-300+ mph. |
Clockwise in the southern hemisphere and counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere. | Clockwise in the southern hemisphere and counterclockwise in the northern hemisphere |
Commonly quite strong. The scale for measuring cyclones is called the Beaufort Scale and Saffir-Simpson scale and may vary in different countries.Winds may approach 300kph and cause widespead damage. | The scale used for rating the strength of tornadoes is called the Fujita (F), Enhanced Fujita (EF), and TORRO (T) Scale. |
Southern Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean. Cyclones in the northwest Pacific that reach (exceed) 74 mph are "typhoons". | Tornados have been spotted in all continents except Antarctica. |
Pacific Ocean | In areas where a convergence of cold and warm fronts is common. i.e. US Midwest. |
10-14 per year | The United States records about 1200 tornadoes per year, whereas the Netherlands records the highest number of tornadoes per area compared to other countries. Tornadoes occur commonly in spring and the fall season and are less common in winters |
warm areas | Places where cold and warm fronts converge. Can be just almost anywhere. |
rain | Rain, sleet, and hail |

During respiration in plants, very little transport of gases takes place from one plant part to another. Therefore, each plant part takes care of its own energy needs, or in other words, its gas exchange need. Roots, stems andleaves of plants exchange gases for respiration separately. We already know, leaves of plants have tiny pores called stomata, which is used for the exchange of gases. The oxygen, taken in through stomata is used by the cells in the leaves to break down glucose into carbon dioxide and water.
Similarly, roots of plants take in air from the air spaces present between the soil particles. Thus, the oxygen absorbed through roots are used to release energy. And energy is utilised for the transport of minerals and salts from the soil.We are aware of the fact that plants have the unique ability to photosynthesise. Photosynthesisis the process through which plants prepare their own food. It takes place only in the parts of plants that contain chlorophyll, i.e. only in the green parts of the plants. The process of photosynthesis is so prominent that it sometimes masks the process of respiration in plants. However, we must know that respiration in plants occurs throughout the day while photosynthesis takes place only in the presence of light. Therefore, at night the respiration in plants becomes prominent. That is why we often hear that people are asked not to sleep under a tree at night . This may cause suffocation due to the excessive presence of carbon dioxide released by trees as a result of respiration.

Convex lenses are thicker at the middle. Rays of light that pass through the lens are brought closer together (they converge). A convex lens is a converging lens.
When parallel rays of light pass through a convex lens, the refracted rays converge at the focal point. The image formed is magnified (you can use this lens as a magnifier, or a simple camera lens by itself). It’s also called “positive” lens.
Concave lenses are thinner at the middle. Rays of light that pass through the lens are spread out (they diverge). A concave lens is a diverging lens.
When parallel rays of light pass through a concave lens the refracted rays diverge so that they appear to come from one point called the principal focus. The image formed is diminished. It’s also called “negative” lens. This lens can’t be used to form an image by itself, but in combination(s) with positive (converging) lenses it is used to shorten the focal length.
This is just a basic, simple answer to your question. There are many types or shapes of concave / convex lenses
