When a ray of light falls on a smooth and shiny surface, the whole of light is sent back in the same direction. It is called reflection. Mirrors do not allow even a small amount of light to pass through them. Mirrors show regular and complete reflection.

When all the parallel rays reflected from a plane are not parallel, the reflection is diffused or irregular. This is not violation of law of reflection, the reason for diffused reflection is due to irregularities in the reflecting surface.

Main Functions of blood:
- Oxygen carrier: With the help of haemoglobin in the RBCs, O2 is transported to various tissues.
- Removal of CO2: Blood plasma contains Na2CO3 which absorbs CO2 to form NaHCO3 which on decomposition gives CO2 with the lungs from where it is thrown out.
- Transport of food material: The digested food materials are assimilated by the blood in liquid form from the intestine and is taken by the blood to various tissues.
- Removal of waste material: Blood helps to discharge the metabolic waste from the body.
- Transport of other substances: Hormones and the antitoxins are circulated by the blood to the desired sites.
- Clotting of blood: Blood helps in its clotting so that most of its parts remain intact in the body.

yes, mirror change direction of light which is termed as reflection.as mirror is a flat plane surface when the light ray is incident on mirror and forms a reflected angel Which is equal to angel of incidence so in this way mirror change the direction of light causing reflection because of which we see our image on it

Cutting grass or pulverizing a rock are examples of irreversible physical changes. Chopping wood for a fire also represents an irreversible physical change, since the pieces cannot be put back together to form the tree.

First calculate the total distance traveled using the odometer.
starting reading at 1:25 was 24830 km
end reading at 3:15 was 25005
Therefore total distance traveled was 25005km - 24830km = 175 km
Total time taken between 1:25pm and 3:15 pm 3:15
-1:25
1hr 50 mins
1 and 5/6 hours = 11/6 hrs
Speed = distance/time
175 ÷ 11/6 = 175 × 6/11
95.45 km/hr
speed in m/s.....multipy by 1000/3600
95.45 × 10/36
= 26.52 meters/second

- A change in which the molecules are rearranged, but their internal composition remains same is called Physical Change. A process in which the substance transforms into a new substance, having a different chemical composition, it is known as Chemical Change.
- Some common examples of physical change vaporisation, condensation, freezing/melting/boiling of water. On the contrary, the examples of chemical change are combustion, metabolism, cooking of egg, etc.
- Physical change is a temporary; they are easily reversible. As against this, the chemical change is permanent in nature, i.e. they cannot be reversed, even by reversing conditions.
- In the physical change, only the form of the substance is changed, but no new product is formed. On the other hand, when there is a chemical reaction, a completely different product is formed, whose properties are completely different from that of the reacting substances.
- In a physical change, the original matter can be recovered, by simple physical methods. As opposed, in chemical change the original matter no longer exist, and so it cannot be recovered.
- In the physical change, change in the physical attributes of the substance is observed, such as shape, size, appearance, texture, odour, density and so on. Conversely, chemical change involves the change in chemical properties of the substance, i.e. change in its chemical nature.
- In the physical change, no or very little amount of energy is absorbed or given out as heat, light or sound energy. Unlike chemical change, wherein enormous energy is absorbed or given out as heat, light or sound energy
