Ashoka's dhamma was not related to the worship of any god or performance of sacrifice. He considered that it was his responsibility, just like a father has towards his children, to instruct the people of the empire so as to reduce conflicts among them. He was inspired by the teachings of the Buddha.

In the case of “cultural heritage,” the heritage doesn’t consist of money or property, but of culture, values and traditions. Cultural heritage implies a shared bond, our belonging to a community. It represents our history and our identity; our bond to the past, to our present, and the future.

A fiber is converted to yarn and yarn is converted to fabric. So in order, they serve as raw-material to other in subsequent stage.
A fiber is basically filament (something that you can practically see at home - take cotton in hand and each hair-type thing that makes cotton bunch is Filament - explained in most laymen terms)
A yarn is thread made out of fiber after due processes of combing and stretching and so on (bit technical but easy to understand)
Once the thread is made (which is yarn), it is used to make fabric - process called as weaving. And obviously fabric is used to make garments.
