No, all living beings do not need the same kind of food. They have different food requirements. Depending on their food requirements, they are classified as:
1) Herbivores: Animals that eat only plant or plant products. Examples- cow, horse, rabbit, etc.
2) Carnivores: Animals that eat other animals. Examples- lion, tiger, etc.
3) Omnivores: Animals that eat both plants and animals. Examples- dog, cat, crow, etc.

No, all living beings do not need same kind of food. As we know that different living organisms have different eating habits according to their structures, requirements, habitats, etc. They may be herbivores (eat only plant products), carnivores (eat other animals) or omnivores (eat both plants and animals). Humans consume everything from fruits, flowers, even the stem of some plants, leaves and stem-like lettuce, celery, roots of some plants like carrots, beetroot, and seeds like wheat, rice, etc. All food comes from plants, even the animals depend on plants. Hence, we obtain food from plants directly or indirectly.
