Proteins: Proteins performs the very essential function of helping our body grow and repair itself. These are found in food items such as milk, pulses, eggs, meat etc. Foods containing proteins are called ‘body-building’ foods.
Test for proteins: To test whether a food item contains proteins, first we need to grind it into a paste or powder form and add 10 drops of water. To this mixture when we add 2 drops of copper sulphate solution and 10 drops of caustic soda solution. After a few minutes, if the mixture turns violet, it is indicative of the presence of protein.
Fats: Fats are also responsible for providing energy to our body. In fact, they provide more energy than carbohydrates. The body uses fat as a fuel source. Fats are essential for the absorption of vitamins A, D, E and K in the body. Butter, cheese, oil are all examples of fat-rich foods.
Test for fats: To test for fats, take a small quantity of food item and wrap a piece of paper around it and proceed to crush it. After removing the paper, allow it to dry. If you see a film of an oily patch on the paper when holding it against light, it is proof that the food contains fats.

The main carbohydrate that we eat is starch which is mainly present in wheat and rice. Wheat is used in the preparation of chapatti, bread and noodles. Rice is also used in various dishes such as idli and dosa. Good quantity of starch is also present in potatoes. The common sources of carbohydrates in our diet are cereals (maize, wheat, rice), potato, sweet potato, sugar, jaggery, honey and some fruits like mango, papaya, banana and melon. All carbohydrates provide energy to our body.
Fats provide twice as much energy as that provided by the same amount of carbohydrates. Fat is present in butter, ghee, oils, groundnut etc.

Our Constitution provides that the state shall not discriminate against any citizen on the basis of religion, race, caste, *** or region.
It is important for all people to be equal because only then our society would develop in true sense of the term. It is our right to be treated equally. It is our right to be given due respect. It is our right to be given equal opportunities. In absence of all these, our life would be hell. Our personality would be suppressed. Hence, we need equality so that we may go ahead without any hindrances. We may prove ourselves helpful in the development of the society and country.

Paint is the general term for liquid that is used to add colour to the surface of an object by covering it with a pigmented (coloured) coating. As a verb, painting means "applying paint" (putting paint onto something). ... Some of the pigments come straight from natural things like clay. Painting is the practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface (called the "matrix" or "support"). The medium is commonly applied to the base with a brush, but other implements, such as knives, sponges, and airbrushes, can be used. The final work is also called a painting.
