The rule for divisibility by 9 is similar to divisibility rule for 3. That is, if the sum of digits of the number is divisible by 9, then the number itself is divisible by 9.
Example: Consider 78532, as the sum of its digits (7+8+5+3+2) is 25, which is not divisible by 9, hence 78532 is not divisible by 9

In a secular nation, people have the freedom to choose, practice and propagate their religion. The country does not have any official religion and neither the government nor any private institution discriminates among the people on the basis of religion.
India is a secular nation as it has no state religion. The government neither encourages nor discourages any religion. People are free to choose and practice their religion. The Government of India treats people of all religions with equal respect.

Additive inverse refers to any number that when added to the original number gives the result as zero. For instance, the additive inverse of 8 is -8 as 8 + (-8) = 0. It is possible to get the additive inverse of negative numbers too. For example, the additive inverse of -10 will be 10 as -10 + 10 = 0.
