Flowchart is a technique that allows you to represent computer program graphically. Using flowchart you can easily understand the logic of a program. A flowchart represents the logical and operational steps to be performed within the system for transforming the input process into output. Flowchart serves as a basis for discussion and communication between the system analysts and the programmers.

Answer:
10 cm
Step-by-step explanation:
We are given that Two sides of a triangle is 12cm and 14 cm.
Let the third side be x
Perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides
Since we are given that The perimeter of a triangle is 36cm.
So,
Hence the length of the third side is 10 cm
or
Let the length of third side be x cm.
Length of other two side are 12 cm and 14 cm.
Now, Perimeter of triangle = 36 cm
⇒ 12 + 14 + x = 36
⇒ 26 + x = 36
⇒ x = 36 - 26
⇒ x = 10 cm
Thus, the length of third side is 10 cm.

People participate by taking an interest in the working of the government and by criticising it when required. In August 2005, when a particular government increased the money people had to pay for electricity, people expressed their disapproval very sharply. They took out rallies and also organised a signature campaign. The government tried to explain and defend its decision but finally listened to the people's opinion and withdrew the increase. The government had to change its decision because it is responsible to the people.
There are many ways in which people express their views and make governments understand what actions they should take. These include dharnas, rallies, strikes, signature campaigns etc. Things that are unfair and unjust are also brought forward. Newspapers, magazines and TV also play a role in discussing government issues and responsibilities

Ministers have overestimated the number of people who will get jobs as a result of attendance on the work programme, according to the National Audit Office (NAO).
It finds that some contractors implementing the scheme may get into serious financial difficulty, and that no alternatives to the programme were considered before it was implemented.
The work programme has so far spent £63m terminating existing welfare-to-work contracts, the report discloses. Two former contractors have not yet agreed settlements.

An electric cell is used to operate things such as the clocks, calculators, phones, etc. It is a small source of energy. It is also known as a pencil cell or dry cell. It converts chemical energy into electrical energy. A dry cell is a primary cell that is non-rechargeable and thus cannot be reused. These cells are used in a number of household gadgets like a radio, a transistor, a tape-recorder, a calculator, etc.
Construction
- It consists of a zinc container with a small brass cap on one side of the cell which is labelled as positive (+) and a metal base at the other side of the cell which is labeled as negative (-).
- The positive and negative sides of the cells are called as positive terminal and negative terminal of the cell respectively.
- A carbon rod is placed at the centre of the cell surrounded by a mixture of manganese dioxide (MnO2) and charcoal (C) in a muslin bag.
- The electrolyte is a moist paste of ammonium chloride (NH4CI), plaster of paris, flour, etc. and the outer body (except for the base) of a zinc container is insulated with a thick cardboard or plastic material.

Working
- When the cell is connected to a bulb, the chemical reaction inside the cell becomes fast and the current starts flowing through the bulb. Hence, the bulb glows.
- These dry cells are a small source of electricity.
Note:The dry cells actually are not dry. In fact, it works as long as the paste inside it remains moist. The presence of water (or moisture) helps in the movement of the ions within the cell from one electrode to the other.
