Reasons for the movement of hunter-gatherers were as follows:
Staying at one place for a long period may cause the available resources out of stock ,so they moved from place to place.
For the people ,animals were one of the important sources of food and these animals moved one place to another in search of their own prey.
People travelled to those place where the season for the plant produce was at peak.
People living on the banks fo seasonal rivers would have had to go in search of water in dry season.
People may have travelled to meet their friends and relatives.

- Staying at one place finished all available food—plant or animal resources.
- Animals moved from place to place, and hence, this made the hunter-gatherers to move along with them for hunting them down.
- Plants and trees bore fruit in different seasons. Thus, people had to move season to season to find different kinds of plants.
- Plants and animals needed water to survive. Although most of the water bodies (lakes, ponds and streams) were perennial, some were seasonal. Thus, people living on the banks had to go in search of water during the dry seasons.

- A map gives a two dimensional presentation of certain regions in the world, a globe gives a three dimensional presentation of the entire world.
- A map presents the physical features of a particular region of the earth on a plane surface.
- A globe can be called as a duplicate earth. It is round in shape and shows accurate areas, distances, directions and relative shape and size.
- A map is easy to use and portable whereas a globe is not. It is easier to identify regions in a map than in a globe.
- When talking of accuracy, a globe is more accurate than the map. Maps may have wide gaps between regions that are not seen in globes.
- A map presents a distorted view as it is flat. On the contrary, a globe presents a less deformed view as it is round in shape.

When a planet or moon travels once around an object this is considered a revolution.
A year is 365 days long, because that’s about how long it takes for the earth to complete one full revolution around the sun. The earth rotates or spins around its own axis. It revolves around the sun in an elliptical orbit. One full revolution around the sun takes exactly 365 ¼ days.
