(i) Everybody should be treated equally before the law and in the constitution.
(ii) All should be given equal rights to enjoy their freedom.
(iii) There should be no discrimination in providing justice on the basis of caste, colour, creed or religion.
(iv) Special protection should be provided to the underprivileged classes.
(v) Ensuring basic facilities of food, shelter, health and clothes to all.

All people are born equal and enjoy the right to life, property and liberty. If a section of the people are denied these rights, it will create conflicts in the society. No one has to right to surpress others.

The five ways in which non-whites were discriminated against:
(i) In South Africa, the government practised apartheid laws.
(ii) The different races were not allowed to mingle with each other, to live near each other or even to use common facilities.
(iii) Non-whites were not allowed to vote.
{iv) Hospitals and ambulances were separate. An ambulance meant for white people would always be well equipped while one meant for black people was not.
(v) There were separate trains and buses. Even bus-stops were different for black and white people.
