No, people at different stages of life require different types of diets. For example: a child needs high amount of all nutrients but a teenager needs maximum protein but in case of adults, they need more of minerals and vitamins than other components of food.

- Jute is obtained from the stem of jute plant.
- In India, jute is grown in West Bengal, Bihar and Assam.
- When the jute plant is at its flowering stage, it is harvested.
- Then, the stem of such harvest plant are immersed in water for a few days so that they rot.
- The fibres are then separated from the stem by hand.
These fibres are converted into yarns by spinning and then used in fabrics

Both a solute and a solvent are components of a solution which is a homogenous mixture. Since the solution is a physical mixture, separation involves using a physical process such as evaporation or distillation. The water can be evaporated leaving the dry solute behind and then the water can be condensed.
- Mixtures can be separated using a variety of techniques.
- Chromatography involves solvent separation on a solid medium.
- Distillation takes advantage of differences in boiling points.
- Evaporation removes a liquid from a solution to leave a solid material.
- Filtration separates solids of different sizes.

Vermicomposting is a type of composting in which certain species of earthworms are used to enhance the process of organic waste conversion and produce a better end-product. Vermicompost is earthworm excrement, called castings, which can improve biological, chemical, and physical properties of the soil. Appearance: Different materials look different from each other. The appearance depends on colour, hardness, texture, and lustre.
Hardness: hardness is another property of materials. Some materials are very hard while some are very soft.
Hard: Material which are difficult to compress are called hard, e.g. diamond, stone, wood, steel, etc. Diamond is the hardest natural substance.
Soft: Materials which can be compressed easily are called soft, e.g. chalk, cotton, rubber, etc.
Soluble: Material which easily dissolves in water is called soluble, e.g. salt, sugar, alum, etc.
Insoluble: Material which does not dissolve in water is called insoluble, e.g. sand, chalk, iron, etc.

It is obtained from an outer covering of Coconut palm. Doormats, fishing nets etc are prepared from coir.
Coir is of two types
- Brown Fibre- It is obtained from ripped coconut.
- White Fibre- It is obtained from raw coconut.
