ANSWER
Normal seed is in dormant condition and energy is stored in most complex form within smallest volume. In sprouted seed, all complex ingredients change to simple forms like starch to simple sugars, protein to amino acids which are immediately utilized for fast growth. So, sprouted seeds give more energy as compared to normal seeds.

Our elbow cannot move backwards because it has hinge joints which only allow back to forth movements.
Or
In hinge joints, the articulating ends of the bones fit together like a hinge on a door, and movement is therefore restricted to flexion and extension, i.e. movement is only in one direction. The elbow joint is an example, which permits movement only in one direction, i.e only in the forward direction. So, our elbow cannot move backward.

The ball and socket joint is a type of synovial joint in which the ball-shaped surface of one rounded bone fits into the cup-like depression of another bone. The distal bone is capable of motion around an indefinite number of axes.
Example: Shoulder joint, where the rounded head of the humerus (ball) rests in the cup-like glenoid fossa (socket) of the shoulder blade.
So, the arm rotates on the cup like depression (glenoid cavity).

When there is a lack of rain for a long period over an area which causes dryness and non-availability of water to plants and animals, drought occurs.
Gaurav Seth 3 years, 11 months ago
Q 8.
When does a drought occur?
SOLUTION:
Drought occurs when there is scanty rainfall or no rainfall for a year or more in a particular region. As the lakes and ponds dry up due to continuous evaporation, the water level lowers down. The soil continues to lose water by evaporation and transpiration and ultimately becomes dry. This condition leads to drought.

Q 7.
How are clouds formed?
SOLUTION:
Due to evaporation of water from various water bodies, open fields and transpiration from the surface of leaves, water vapours are formed in the air. As this air moves up, it gets cooler and at certain height, it becomes cool enough for condensation. There, the water vapours present in the air condense into tiny droplets of water. These tiny droplets of water remain floating in the air and appear to us as clouds.
