The sprouting of seeds makes the seeds more healthy as sprouting is a process of germinating the seeds which causes the increase in the nutrient levels of the seeds of grain, vegetable and legume.
The sprouting increases the protein and fiber content of seed food.
The sprouts also contains antinutrients which makes the body to body to assimilate and absorb the nutrients present in the sprouts.

Our elbow cannot move backwards because it has hinge joints which only allow back to forth movements.

In hinge joints, the articulating ends of the bones fit together like a hinge on a door, and movement is therefore restricted to flexion and extension, i.e. movement is only in one direction. The elbow joint is an example, which permits movement only in one direction, i.e only in the forward direction. So, our elbow cannot move backward.

Due to evaporation of water from various water bodies, open fields and transpiration from the surface of leaves, water vapours are formed in the air. These tiny droplets of water remain floating in the air and appear to us as clouds.
