An object is 8 cm away from mirror. if it moves 2 cm towards the mirror then find the distance between the mirror and the image.
If distance of Person to plane mirror = (8– 2) = 6 m.
Then distance of image to plane mirror = 6m.
Then distance of Person to image = distance of Person to plane mirror + distance of image to plane mirror.
= 6m.+6 m.
Then distance of Person to image = 12m.

- Manual Threshing: When the quantity is small, threshing is done manually. Small bundles of the harvested stalks are thrashed on a hard surface. This helps in separating the grains.

The process of condensation is involved in the formation of clouds in the sky and bringing back water to the surface of earth. Water vapour formed by the process of evaporation and transpiration goes into the air. The air containing water vapour is heated by the sun. The light air rises up high in the sky and becomes cool. When the air containing water vapour rises to a high altitude, it gets so cooled that it condenses to form tiny droplets of water. These tiny drops of water join together to form bigger drops of water which remain floating in air in the sky and appear as clouds and fall down on earth in the form of rain.
