Now we have pour some quantity of water in the jar. Then keep the plant of sweet potato inside the jar. But it is to be noted that the jar must be kept in a dark area.

Observation : After some days it can be observed that roots are sprouting out of the plant. Again after few weeks, the leaves will begin arising.

Wet a cheese cloth or muslin cloth or a thin cotton cloth, squeeze out excess water, transfer the moong beans in it and hang it loosely to drain remaining water if any.
