No rudra you are wrong if you want to solve this problem you have to first convert 3 upon 6 or 3 upon 4 in its simplest form and see that which is greater so the answer will be that roop do ? exercise for longer time ? but rudra you have given correct answer but in the way you solve the problem it was wrong.

You exercise for longer time because the numerators are same but denominators different so the fraction which has smaller denominator i.e. greater
