No. of student = 3300
No. of teachers = 102
Ratio of the number of teachers to the number of students = Number of teacher/Number of students
= 102/3300
= 17/550
Hence, the required ratio is 17:550.

5x - x = 9 + 11

2x + 5 = 9
LHS= 2(5) + 5 = 10 + 5 = 15
x = -2
2(-2) + 5 = - 4+ 5 = 1
x = 0
2(0) + 5 = 5
x = 2
2 (2) + 5 = 4 + 5 = 9
So, x = 2 satisfied the given equation 2x + 5 = 9
