Factors of 465 are 1, 3, 5, 15, 31, 93, 155 and 465.
Common factors of 403, 434 and 465 are 1 and 31.
Highest of these common factors is 31.
∴ H.C.F of 403, 434 and 465 is 31.

Perimeter of square = perimeter of rectangle
Perimeter of square =4*side=60 cm
Then the perimeter of rectangle will be 60 cm
But perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
60=2(18+b)
60=36+2b
2b=24
b=12 cm
Area of rectangle=l*b
=18*12=216 cm²
