Several collective nouns can apply to all bird species, such as flock, colony, fleet, parcel, and dissimulation. Other not-so-common flock names that can be used for any type of bird include cloud, mass, collection, or just plain group or throng. A group of birds in flight is called a murmuration.

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 2 months ago

His teacher warned him to complete his homework otherwise, he won’t be able to learn anything. It was a fact because at times, he used to feel like an ignorant person who was completely helpless in this regard. He had no interest in studies and homework.

Recently, my grandfather brought two toy motorcars for me and my younger sister, Neha. Our joy knew no bounds. We used to play with them. One day while we were playing, Neha suddenly took my motorcar and ran away. I chased her and soon I caught her. Seeing herself helpless, she threw her. When I picked it up I found it was of no use because it had badly broken. 1 became angry and started beating my sister. Thus, our quarrel started. I was saying that she had thrown the motorcar deliberately but she was not ready to accept the truth. In the last my grandfather came to the spot and took me to the toy shop to buy a new motorcar. I became happy and thus our quarrel ended.
