Plants need water to get nutrients from the soil to prepare their food.
If water is not available to plants, plants will wilt and die and the green character of the planet shall be lost. This may mean the end of all life, since without plants, there will be many problems like no food, oxygen and not enough rain.

Plants need nutrients from the soil, water, and light from the sun to grow and stay alive. If plants did not get water, they would die. The two main things plants need water for are turgor, to keep the upright and make sure it doesn't wilt and for photosynthesis.
If plants do not get sunlight, they cannot produce chlorophyll and they will lose their green color and eventually die. If plants lack any of the other things they need to grow, they will die.

Gravity is very important to us. We could not live on Earth without it. The sun's gravity keeps Earth in orbit around it, keeping us at a comfortable distance to enjoy the sun's light and warmth. It holds down our atmosphere and the air we need to breath.

As there was a lot of loss to Hasmukh's due to farming and it had become difficult for him to repay the bank loans. Thus, it seems after some years there would not be any agricultural activity on his farms

All the bones in the human body together are called the skeletal system. The skeletal system provides strength and rigidity to our body so we don't just flop around like jellyfish. We have 206 bones in our body. Each bone has a function. Some bones offer protection to softer more fragile parts of body.
