Some plants distribute their seeds by violently ejecting them so that they fall well away from the parent plant. This is explosive dispersal. They produce seed pods which dry in the sun. As a pod dries, tensions are set up in the wall of the pod eventually causing it to split along two lines of weakness. Some plants have pods that explode when ripe and shoot out the seeds. Lupins, gorse and broom scatter their seeds in this way. When the seeds are ripe and the pod has dried, the pod bursts open and the peas and beans are scattered. Heat and dangerous reactions are the cause of many plant explosions. Gas leaks, most often caused by poor maintenance, result in a number of explosions each year. When gas leaks come into contact with a source of heat, they begin to expand and can explode.

The spinning of the Earth on its axis from west to east is called rotation.
Effects of the Earth’s rotation are:
- The rotation of the Earth causes the day and the night. The part of the Earth facing the Sun experiences day while the part which does not face the Sun experiences night.
- The speed of the Earth’s rotation has affected the shape of the Earth. Because of the speed of rotation, a centrifugal force is created which leads to the flattening of the Earth at poles and bulging at the center.
- The Earth’s rotation affects the movement of water in the oceans. The tides are deflected due to the rotation.
- The speed of rotation also affects the movement of the wind. Due to rotation, winds and the ocean currents deflect to the right in the Northern Hemisphere and to the left in the Southern Hemisphere.

Yes, I have seen dogs sniffing here and there. A dog can make out if another dog had come into their area by the smell of its urine. So, in order to check out whether any other dog has come out or not, a dog sniffs here and there.

The rectum acts as a temporary storage site for feces. The rectum receives faecal material from the descending colon, transmitted through regular muscle contractions called peristalsis. It is a part of large intestine. It stores the feces prior to defecation. It connects the sigmoid colon to the **** canal. The rectum begins at the height of S2-S3 and ends at the perineum. It is about 12 to 16 cm long und may be subdivided into three parts:
- The upper third lies intraperitoneally
- The middle third retroperitoneally
- The lower third under the pelvic diaphragm and therefore extraperitoneally.
It is important for the water resorption as well as for the resorption of electrolyte from the stool and plays an important role in the defecation process.

Bees sting either because they are confused, stepped on or threatened, and it is their only defense to get you away. Avoid bee stings by following these simple tips: ... If you see a bee hive, stay away and alert the people around you. Call a professional beekeeper and they will remove the hive if it is a threat to humans. When most people think of bee stings, they picture a honey bee. Honey bees that are out and about, away from their hive, usually won't sting anyone. They're just searching for nectar or pollen and don't want anything to do with people. ... In that case, they will attack and try to sting you.
