general, meat-eating carnivores have teeth for tearing and skulls capable of biting with great force, while the plant-eating herbivores have teeth and skulls equipped to grind tough vegetation. Omnivores, which eat both plants and animals, have skulls and dentition suitable for a wide range of foods.

Sonakshi Joshi 5 years, 2 months ago

Herbivores have only molars and premolars wich help them in chewing their food .

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 2 months ago

All the teeth of a herbivore are molars and premolars. These teeth help the animal to chew and grind the food properly--- grass in this case---- therefore these teeth help herbivores to eat there food.

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Herbivores typically have chisel-like incisors and large, flat premolars and molars for chewing plants, while their canines are small, if they have them at all.

Hydration is essential for human life. While some people may be able to survive for weeks without food, they can only survive a few days at most without water. Drinking water and eating foods that contain a lot of water may help prevent dehydration.
