Combining multiple cells (two or more) that are in the same row and/or in the same column to a single cell is known as merging cells. Separating the cells that are merged is known as splitting cells. The merged cells moves to the left hand side when cells are split.

Alexander Graham Bell is most famous for his invention of the telephone. He first became interested in the science of sound because both his mother and wife were deaf. Bell made the first transcontinental telephone call on January 15, 1915. He called Thomas Watson from New York City. Watson was in San Francisco.

The different parts of the skeleton system are:

Green Revolution refers to an increase in the production of food grains due to the use of high yielding variety (HYV) seeds, use of fertilisers, pesticides and irrigation facilities.
It provided farmers with sufficient credit facilities and package of inputs before the sowing season through government programmes.
It allowed the farmers to harvest more than two crops in a year through the initiation of short-term HYV seeds for major crops.

The climate is hot during summers and cold during winters, rainfall is moderate and occurs during summers. This land is very fertile because it has large quantities of humus. because of this climate condition trees not grow, so the praries treeless grasslands.
